This letter is in response to a complaint submitted on 08/28/(ID [redacted] ) by customer [redacted] As per the details in the complaint, the customer was unable to use their [redacted] card to submit payment due to an error in processing the payment within our systems.This issue has been escalated to our IT team for resolution.We thank you and the customer for bringing this to our attention as our goal is to provide the best customer experience possible.Derrick L***
