I was very excited to work with Me Fragrance to produce a debut corporate scent for our companyInitially, the communication started off very professional but once our money was taken, the communication became spotty and eventually almost non-existentI'm embarrassed and frustrated that I have had to obsessively call and email this company to get any help or confirmation of my samples and had little to zero responseOnce I finally heard from ***, the information was not correct, my order was shipped late and the package arrived incompleteI have a corporate meeting scheduled tomorrow with my company to review samples and I called Me Fragrance as well as emailed multiple times the last four days and have recieved absolutely NO responseThe phone always goes directly to VMAre they even still in business? It is very unsettling to have my time, money and order handled this way and makes me very uncomfortable to continue working together
