buyer did not doThe title, Autocheck history & listing all state the car has no accidentsThe VIN was on the listing as well giving the ability to research the car's historyThe car was sold with no warranty which was also stated in the eBay listingIf the buyer had inspected the car before the sale, they would find any other defectsI will link the eBay protection policy below

The seller has 100% feedback on Ebay and good business review, so I trusted the guy and took his wordHowever, the fist size rust spot (one can see it right away after opening the passenger door)is not on this description, and when I asked if seller what's going on he said he doesn't know, then when I asked if he want me to take a picture and show him and he never answer me back

Again, I might not protected by the Ebay policy ,but it does not mean the seller/dealer is doing the right thingIn this case, my complain is to expose the unethical behavior/business practice of the sellerHopefully, other buyers in the future would see my honest review and won't fall into his trapThank you

Again, we did not notice the spot of rust when we sold the carIt was with no warrantyWe highly recommended that anybody who bid on a car, view the car in person before buyingA buyer would have been able to fully inspect the car head to toe to find any other faultsIn Indiana, minimal rust could be defined as rot in a coastal state such as CAOnce again, we took as many pictures possible to represent the carBut a car can look completely different from it's picturesOnce again, which is why it is ALWAYS necessary to view a car in person before purchase
