Review: During the month of Oct 2014 MDM Construction [redacted]) was hired by me to repair a deck at a property I own, as part of the agreed work he would add a railing, replace damaged boards, remove a non funcioning hot tub, and remove all items from the job site. I paid MDM Construction 3600.00 for the job. I was told in early November of 2014 he had a slight problem and would have to return in a couple days to remove the debris from my yard. This has never taken place, I have been promised in writing numerous times that he was sorry and would have his crew go out and remove the hot tub and materials from the job site. The tub and debris equaled 3 truck loads using a full size pick up truck. I removed much of the wood and trash from the property and have a quote from a local business to remove the tub which still remains after 7 months.Desired Settlement: I have been given a quote of 300.00 to remove the hot tub and feel an additional 150.00 for the 4 hours I spent picking up the debris and bringing to full pick up truck loads to the local landfill is fare compensation for a service I paid in full.
