Review: I called and talked to a Melissa I believe and filed for a warranty on the couch I am purchasing from MDG. At the end of Aug. first part of Sept. I did not get a call back , I tried the following week and talked to her again and was notified that the manufacture wanted a picture. I sent in a e-mail to her immediately. Another week went by and no resonse. I called and some one else said that Melissa was not in and said that she would turn this over to the manager and he would call me. Another week went by and I called again and Melisa claim she would report this to the manager and he would get back to me. As of the 9-**-2015 There still no response and I fill I have given plenty of contacts with no resolution. The couch has two cushions and springs that are collapsed and now your setting on boards, that cut the circulation off of your legs. Also one of the cushions is now tearing at the seem in the back because the cushion is sinking in front so bad. these are not removable cushions.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of this product plus shipping. I would prefer a different couch. with all funds applied to account. towards new purchase of a different couch.
