Don't know how MaxDeals Ltd got a "B" rating, and no Revdex.com Accreditation! Please add my name to the growing list of customers who were *** - this time on an order for SafeMasks - which was incorrect, incomplete, and double billed. After no telephone reply to my phone calls, I received a customer service email proclaiming the items I received were exactly what I had ordered. This is not true per a "confirmation" email, with photos, that I received shortly after the order was placed! And the items ordered have conveniently been "removed" from their web site.
I purchased a bra through their website. When the bra arrived, I tried it on, and the adhesive material the advertisement said was chemical grade was not good. I emailed them and told them that I would need a refund because the bra was not good. I was told via email that I can send the bra back with a refund, just make sure that I had a tracking number. I sent it back, and provided the company with the tracking number. I then received an email back that stated they would not refund me my money, because of a bra is a hygienic product; which is not true. This company stole my money and I would like my refund.

The second email you received, regarding the product being a hygiene product, actually is correct; For the safety and health of both our employees and our customers, we do not take used hygiene/personal products back. This is in our terms, and has to do with the fact that employees in our warehouses need to unpack the products.
However, since earlier you've been promissed a full refund upon sendback, we will ofcourse refund the product in full.

I ordered three stick-on bras from this webpage, that said it would fit all sizes, including size "D and up" the bras arrived and I tried them on, and they came off on their own within 30 seconds of being applied. I emailed the company, requesting to return the items. I have sent nine or more emails, to their nine or more replies. In their emails they give multiple different answers from, you cannot return the items, to yes, send them with a tracking number and we will take the return, we will send you new ones, we will refund, we cannot refund, and on and on. I initiated the return process on January 4th, 2020, the returned items arrived at their facility on February 6th with delivery confirmation from the USPS. I have not received a refund, and now they also have their products back.

Mme Meyers, I'll write our reply directed at Revdex.com.
I have investigated this case, and honestly am a bit surprised by the fact that we have to be in touch via the Revdex.com, for multiple reasons:
- Mme Meyers has received her refund at february 2oth, according to our bank. If she did not see this reflected on her account or invoices, she should contact her bank or credit card provider.
- Our Wonda Product can only be purchased after selecting the right cup size; e.g. A-B; C-D or E-F, we cannot deliver sizes up from E-F. The complaint about the wrong size is therefore something we try to prevent by making sure the customer has to make a selection and does not get an auto-selected field that can be clicked through easily.
- The customer has clearly stated that she has used the product. Even though, by law, she cannot return a product that has been used and falls in the category of personal/hygien products (underwear in this case), due to hygiene standards and protection of our customers and of our employees in our warehouses. At this moment we ship for example breathing masks, which for logical reason form a health risk if returned when used.
Still we have refunded the customer 100% because of a mistake of one of our agents, again on february 20th.
To summarize, the claim of the customer has been solved 4 weeks ago, and there's nothing else we can do.
Hope that clearifies the situation. I'd strongly advise Mme Meyers to contact her bank, since that's most probably where the problem is located currently.
