First of all, payment was not made for the installation of the fireplaceI performed other construction related work at this property, including demolition of soffets, installation of gas line, permit and filing feesThis totaled $which was paidRemoval of debris of carpets, old kitchen
cabinets, bathroom demolition debris, new product packaging and other misc items was not paid for.Secondly, the damage to the bottom of the fireplace was caused by owner neglect She did not do the break burns correctly causing the damageThe wall was opened to replace a valveThere was no charge for the replacement even though it was a year later and thus out of warrantyShe was told that the wall would not be fixedAS for the possible hazardous conditions, they were resolvedLastly, I did numerous trips to this property and believe I performed a satisfactory jobIt is the owners responsibility to call for final inspections
I am still owed $for trash removal and disposal and $for fireplace install(regular price is $1150) and $ for related parts
