I purchased a 2015 Ford Fiesta with 31,000 miles on Friday 10Jan 2020 around 5:30pm. I test drove the vehicle everything seemed great (no check engine light or nothing was on). Later that evening around 9:30pm and driving less than 20 miles around Pensacola an error pop up 'transmission hot? then the vehicle start slowing in speed. Pulled over and cut vehicle off to see what was going on. After about 20 minutes tried to cut the car back on and it wouldn't start at all. We finally got the car home later and I called the shop immediately the next morning 1/11/20 and of course no answer. I went up there multiple times and called the cell Irin called me from and texted her letting her know the situation. Still no response. I couldn't believe that this was happening. They never came to the shop that Saturday. Monday 1/13/20 I called the cell, office and my husband went by multiple times. Finally, we left the vehicle in the middle of the driveway so of course they called me back then. My husband went up to hopefully get this resolved because we just new they were a stand up car lot but nope they refused to do anything. After looking at the paperwork carefully I realized that this was a salvage title and was never told this at all and after more research found out this car was in a flood in Texas. I couldn't believe that they were crooks!!! Not even a full day of driving this vehicle.
