of $1200.00-$1300.00 plus sales tax for complete repair. Customer stated that she only had $100.00 to apply towards repairs. Customer was given notification that payment would need to be in full in order to ship vehicle back to her. She stated that I would have to “work with her” to receive full payment. By that I am assuming she wanted to make payments over the course of the next year. Customer has since towed vehicle back to her residence and has compensated Lee Myles $0.00 for the initial inspection of vehicle.Lee Myles Allentown tries to provide quality service but we also expect to get paid for services. We are not a lending institution and have no recourse other than small claims litigation if someone refuses to pay an outstanding invoice. We always offer storing the vehicle for no or a small fee if a customer needs time to pay an invoice but once a vehicle is shipped we lose any source of leverage and we are in no position to wait for payment through a long drawn out small claims process. To make a long story short, this complaint is due to the customers inability to pay for a necessary repair. We expect full payment at the time of shipment of any vehicle. We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards. That is how we operate and 100% of our customers adhere to this procedure or they need to go elsewhere. We are in no way subsidized by any local or federal government agencies. We are a private entity and rely solely on customers payment of our services to continue operations.William C
