Time to get an appointment can be days or weeks Sometimes for a specialist, it could be a couple of months When you do get an appointment, wait times in the waiting room can be excessive (> minutes) There is never an apology nor explanation unless you complain The later in the day your appointment, the more likely is a long wait time
The most problems I have had are with the billing I'll make a payment and yet I'll get several additional bills for something I have already paid Subsequent bills will only have your account number and not reference what the bill is about (time of appointment or lab work) Bills will reference a doctor I have never heard of nor even met, making the bill seem bogus
Customer Service for billing issue is always busy and you have to either leave a message that they "will respond to in business days" or you have to continually press "1" to hold If you don't, it pushes you to voicemail, so apparently they don't want to talk to you when it is convenient to you
Finally, to see a doctor, you have to drive downtown, park in an often packed parking garage, exit because of no parking available, and try to find something on the street I don't feel like a real person, but just another person on a production line they need to see and rush out before the next patient
