Horrible experience, employee damaged my $800 fireplace insert while installing it in my "New Home Construction" and they agreed to find part and replace part. While they had my fireplace they lost it off the back of their truck and it has now been 6 months trying to get them to replace my fireplace. They keep saying they ordered a new fireplace for about 2 months, but now they have stopped responding to my calls at all. I have a new home and no fireplace. I now have to take them to court to get a new fireplace. I am now contacting the General Contracting Board for Arkansas to issue a complaint with them also.
