I had my Allstate agent cancel my Allstate flood insurance policy due to a move months agoI have not received my refund that was promised to me I had Beau Barry as my Allstate agent since I had both a renter's policy and flood policy underwritten by Castle Key and Allstate/FEMA respectivelyThe Allstate/FEMA flood policy number is: XXXXXXXXXX and the term of the policy was from June 21, thru June 21, In March I notified the Beau Barry Agency via several telephone calls that, 1) I would need my renter's policy transferred to my new address and, 2) that I would need my flood policy cancelled due to me movingThe Beau Barry Agency submitted to me via email a flood policy cancellation form which I promptly completed and returned to them by emailThe Beau Barry Agency said that I would receive a refund for the pre-paid months of my one year term for the flood insurance that were not used due to the cancellationThe Beau Barry Agency cancelled the Allstate/F
