The problem still has Not been resolved, I met with the owner today 6/29/2016, showed him (***) the problem with the batting and damage to the rain gutters, missed painted area
due to a slight language barrier he had what I felt were not so convincing reason's for my issues,
Such as we did not talk about caulking, I had two other companies bid and we did talk on this subject one of the specifics I especially was concerned over, anyway I don't have it in writing so he says if I want it done to pay more to do what I feel should have been done Initially as an A+ rated company he was nice and respectful but I felt he really didn't want to deal with the matter,
He basically shrugged his shoulders on the rain gutter damage and unpainted area saying it's painted but does not look painted? ok now feeling foolish that I'm mistaken and if I want any of these issues fixed I'll have to do it myself I guess
Disappointed and will not recommend or use ***'s painting in the future
