Flashing at the top not properly installed in chimney. Having water come in through top of flashing area, caulking has eroded. I purchased a roof in 2016 with 10 year workmanship warranty in writing from McPhail Roofing LLC. I noticed two weeks ago during a rain storm (first week of December), water was coming in through attic were chimney is located. I contacted Mr. M [redacted] by phone and three times by text. Mr. M [redacted] first said he would come out to take a look, then cancelled via text the same day. His response was he was busy and he would have to come out once he is in the "area"? I responded by asking him when that may be since I would like to have it addressed before the next rain/snow storm. He has declined my text or phone calls since. I then had a licensed roofing company come out and take a look at the flashing. They explained to me that the flashing at the top has lost it's caulking and the top portion of the flashing was not properly embedded in chimney/motor work. My las
