I have purchased a hot water heater which comes with life time service which I have not received once 2 times they have failed to showi purchase a hot water heater form Mculty in Oct.2013 a bc burnham gas boiler#P-205-W serial#XXXXXXXX [redacted] was the tech who installed it. The heated was to come with scheduled yearly tune up service I have called this company twice was told I have a Monday appt. only to sit here all day with no one showing up the answer service says someone will call back but they don't. today [redacted] says he has called me all day I have no record of any calls form [redacted] on my log., he has called me just now after I made numerous calls looking for the owners phone number.Desired Settlementjust want the owner of the company to acknowledge my inconveinceBusiness Response Hi [redacted], sorry this took so long to get. So here we go,:Returned [redacted] phone call within 30 minutes of her call, approximately 11:30, saying that we could be there between2 - 4 p.m. Tried multiple times after to see if I could speak with a live voice. Just kept getting voice mail. Our answeringservice called me and said that [redacted] was calling them every 30 seconds for 1.5 hours demanding someone callher back. She never took the time to listened to her voice mail, just kept redialing. I finally got in touch with her @ 1:30and she said she called someone else and demanded to speak with one of the owners. I explained that she was speaking with one on the owners, and she "yah, right" and hung up on me.That's how this whole thing went.Thanks for your patience.[redacted]
