I have received your email with the customers complaint I am sorry for this I have had a family crisis at the time that I was corresponding with the customer and I totally dropped the ball The customers complaint is valid and I just dropped the ball I would be more than happy to refund the $ to the customer Please inform me on how to move forward.***
