2/28/18Dear Sir/Madam:The customer had
called after the new furnace was installedTheir concern was that when the
furnace goes on it would make a noise.On 2/27/we replaced
the furnace with a smaller unit then the original one installedThis should
eliminate the noise caused by the
undersized return duct.The customer should be totally satisfied.Thank you,Robert G
