Letter attached sent to [redacted] regarding the noise. We cannot do anything about squeaky floors. Apartment living has it's pro's and cons, and requires consideration from all residents. The charges for damages were reversed and according to our records a refund check was mailed to the party involved on 8/23/16 and... that check was cashed by them on 8/31/16. Thank you.Best Regards,
