We did, however, waive the $27.00 ACH Courtesy Clearing fee as a member accommodation to you.Regarding the California Franchise Tax Board (FTB) levy, the request to withdraw funds must be followed as soon as the Writ is received to remain compliant with the legal order. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The police reports were provided in error and I provided proof of identity in the branch. I have copies of both police reports also the stop payments that were placed on the checks before they received the police reports. They never provided this information and the cashiers checks they put stop payments on still have not been reissued.

opportunity to address your Concerns. In your complaint, you inquired about a dispute from December 2015. Your account was provided provisional credit by San Diego County Credit Union (SDCCU) for the disputed amount in November 2015. Two days later, the merchant posted a credit voucher to your account for the disputed amount. SDCCU mailed a resolution letter to the address on file stating that, due to the merchant providing you with a Credit, the provisional credit issued by SDCCU would be reversed 10 days after the date of the letter (December 7, 2016). The amount of the provisional credit was reversed on December 16, 2015.In February, SDCCU reviewed the disputed transaction and the reversal of the provisional credit with Ms. [redacted]. A detailed explanation was provided over the telephone and in writing. Account statements were provided that highlighted the account balance, all disputed amounts, provisional credits, merchant credit vouchers and provisional credit reversals for your disputes. In an effort to prevent the account from possibly going through the collection process, a re-payment plan to cover the amount of the provisional credit was agreed upon between SDCCU and Ms. [redacted]. We will forward you again, the detailed explanation of the amount due to SDCCU to the address on file.We appreciate your membership with SDCCU and thank you for the opportunity to bring this matter to resolution.
