McMillan Brothers Auction

We held an on line auction from Sept1, to Sept11. The company that does the on line is located in Florida. Their offices were closed on Monday due to the hurricane.The auction started to close at 3:pm eastern time instead of 3:pm pacific time. It automatically sends
out the messages the client received. We caught the problem andthey told us to upload the auction again and it would close at the correct time, which we did. The lot was then bid up again and he did not receive it. I tried to explain it tothe customer but he would not listen. I talked to the winning bidder but he wasn't willing to sell the bullets for less than $60.00. I informed the customer of this request.This is an auction and he was simply outbid. I apologized for the problem but I can't do anything about the hurricane. They were vintage bullets and I don't have any more

I am rejecting this response because:from what I remember when I called the McMillan auction they said that the owner of the bullet(seller) is the one selling it for $and not the winning bidder
