McManus Oil Heating & Duct Cleaning

They were quick to come out, the office was pleasant to deal with and the service was performed accordingly.

The condition they left our house was a disgrace, they did not use drop clothes or shoe covers, especially on a rainy day. Bill McManus and his laborer both tracked mud in and all over the house, down the stairs and into our basement.

Bill wanted the payment before there was even a walk-through.
They were about to leave the house without any clean-up and my partner had to ask them to please clean up after themselves and the laborer did a half-as job and said, "the basement is cool right?!"

After they left, we had to scrub the floors 3 times and whilst scrubbing we discovered broken pieces of glass dug into the flooring.
We had just installed brand new foam flooring; the basement is where we work-out barefoot.

NOT TO MENTION OUR PETS DONT HAVE THE CONVINIENCE TO FOOTWEAR.

When we called to mention the above broken glass issue, they could not come out for hours which is understandable, but we don't want them to come in and drag dirt into our home again.

We will be using a different company for oil and related works from now,
