Review: Tom McMahon Inc.Roofing never came back to fix a problem with my roof. With numerous phone calls over a months time to Mr. McMahon his promises to send someone over to fix the problem never materialized. In addition, I requested a guarantee from him on the last day of the job on July 16, 2013 and that was never given to me. Idle promises for over a month continued with the usual catch phrase as "I'll be over tomorrow" and he or his employee never showed up. I feel a month or more of being put off was enough time for Mr. McMahon to resolve this issue. The last time I talked with him over the phone on 10/11/13 he claimed that he would come over that morning,I'm certain another idle promise. Desired Settlement: Fix the problem
