This customer purchased a [redacted] Murano from Dow Lewis Motors on 04/05/with miles on itat that time she was given a "FREE" powertrain warranty all she had to do was to adhere to the terms of the contract that she reviewed and signed at the time of the purchase(see attachment) the contract states that she "MUST HAVE HER OIL CHANGED, AND HER TIRES ROTATED AT THIS DEALERSHIP EVERY MILES" The contract actually allows her to go miles without penalty.I have attached a partial copy of her service recordson her very first service that was due at to miles she drove 11,miles double the amount allowed, and did not have her tires rotated therefore voiding her free powertrain warranty.the contract states "you are required to have your oil changed, and tires rotated" as not all cars sold qualify for this free contract, and it up to the customer to have the services done as stated in her contract [redacted] Ser/Mgr

I am rejecting this response because:I need a few days to get my papers together . they have it all wrong I did not purchase the vehicle . My father in law (who is now deceased ) Purchased the car .
