Review: on July 29, 2014 I sent a check as payment with a letter requesting backup data for service performed in my rental unit at [redacted], VA by the vendor.My check for full payment was cashed, but the information I requested was not provided. I didn't even get an acknowledgement of my request for back-up data.I would like to attach a copy of my letter to this report, but don't know how.Desired Settlement: Refund of over charging
