I have tried to contact Mark C[redacted] 4 times to no avail. I left Mark 2 voice messages and his paralegal 1 voice message. No one has called me back. I feel this is unprofessional business practices, telling me to call them and then ignoring my calls. 
I am still seeking a refund.
