We made a booking for this airport shuttle on May 27, for a shuttle from our home to the airport on June 13/18. The charges of $36.75 were charged to my credit card upon this booking.
June 13/18 came and it was 10 minutes past our pick up time, when we received a call from McKenzie Airport Shuttle to say the driver would be another 25 minutes. We couldn't wait another 25 minutes, we booked a certain time to get to the airport to catch a flight. So we said, don't bother, we will drive ourselves to the airport and use the long-term parking at the airport. John (') with McKenzie Airport Shuttle called us back while we were driving ourselves to the airport and offered us free shuttle for next time which I declined. I just want my money refunded. He said, ok, it will be refunded next week. By June 24, I had still not received my refund, and I called the company back. They asked for my information again and promised me that my refund will be processed by June 27. It is now July 1 and I have yet to receive my refund. I sent them email which has not been answered.

Client is absolutely correct; driver went to incorrect address by mistake, error has been made by drivers and of course our policy is to refund a full amount plus any unplanned cost associated with it.
We didn't decline or reject her claim we also understand her frustration of not getting her refund on time, we sincerely apologize for such inconvince .sometime online payment getaway processer take longer time to process the refund .

It's been 2 months since I booked and paid for this service and 5 weeks since the service I paid for was not delivered. This company is all talk but no action. He wrote in his response to you that they would refund any unplanned cost associated with it. That is another lie. Our associated cost was driving ourselves to the airport and paying $132 for parking our car at the airport. But I don't even care about getting that money back, I would just like a refund for a service I paid for that was not delivered to me. If he really wanted to refund me, that should have happened by now or the company could have sent me a cheque.
And I want to make sure other people don't fall victim to this company as I did. Losing $37 is not the end of the world for me, but how can they get away with it? Any reputable company would apologize and refund you promptly.
