continued leak. Seth C[redacted], of McKenzie Roofing, has since made contact with me.We met on Tuesday April 25th to look at the leak and discuss what had occurred.  Through his investigation of his own staff, and listening to my experience thoroughly, he communicated that he understood how a customer could come to feel the way I did.  He said that he had corrected some communication system issues, and assured me that what I experienced would not happen again to me or anyone else. He also made the offer to extend the repair area in hopes that this will resolve the leaking, with no further cost or charges, if I would be willing to address the Revdex.com complaint. I agreed to this deal.  On Friday,  April 28th, Kenny and DJ of McKenzie Roofing, conducted the extended repairs. Both were professional and kind. We have no  idea if the repair worked as it has not rained hard since it was done. however, they were true to their word/offer.  The issue is now resolved, and I wish to close my case and remove the complaint.

Our superintendent made contact with the owner today. No evidence of leaking was observed at the time of inspection. He will be meeting with the owner on Friday 4/28 to see where the water is coming in.
