Review: When purchasing a car at this dealership I specifically told them they could NOT run a credit check as I paid in full with a check. I was paying in full cash, NO loan. I also told them I would not be keeping the stereo in there and was NEVER going to sign up to Sirius Satellite.So after purchasing the car, I have learned that 1) They ran a credit check on me without my permission, and 2) They signed me up for a subscription with Sirius XM/ Which will not allow me to cancel it. I never gave them permission to sign me up to Sirius XM Radio nor a credit check.Yet, they decided to do these things illegally. they are pure evil and must be fined for their scamming and cheating their customers.Desired Settlement: They must be forced to stop these illegal practices. They are horrible to their customers and will do anything to steal their customers money. They lie, steal and cheat. They really shouldn't be allowed to stay in business with these business practices.

We did not sign up Mr [redacted] for Sirus or XM radio. We cannot do this

function. More than likely since he purchased a used car the previous owner

purchased the product and [redacted] is receiving the balance on anytime left on his

contract with them.

Second. [redacted] did not pay cash ( green backs ) for his car deal. It was a check.

Checks can be several things , one of them is a phony check , customer can cancel a check.

So before we trust someone to deliver them a car , a credit check is run on everyone. 100% of the time.

To make sure the customer we are dealing with is credit worthy. We are sorry if [redacted] is put out by this

but it is how the business is run. Unless payment is green cash. Credit checks are run

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

1) Sirius: I had contacted Sirius. It was not a remaining balance but a 3 month free trial that they soecifically was signed up by the dealership.

Review: Purchased new car in August 2015, called 2days later to cancel extended warranty. After many emails and phone calls was assured the warranty was canceled but never has been to date. It has been almost 5 months since warranty was canceled by me.Desired Settlement: Would like the extended warranty money credited to my Volkswagen Credit account.

Review: On February 3rd, 2015 I received a call at 8:28am from [redacted] at McKenna Volkswagen with a summary of the McKenna recommended service after running diagnostics. [redacted] recommended a 60, 000 mile service, spark plug replacement, and faulty spark plug connector replacement. [redacted] quoted me a total of 775.00 for the above mentioned services. After about 2 or 3 minutes of discussing the price, we agreed on the following. For 400.00, McKenna Volkswagen of Huntington Beach was to provide the following:

1. 60, 000 Mile Service

2. Replace Spark Plug Connectors

3. Replace Spark Plugs

These were the items that [redacted] called me about at 8:28am.

I never received any follow up calls or voicemails informing of any changes to that agreement.

Upon arriving at McKenna Volkswagen, at approximately 12:45pm, I was told to wait as my car was being washed.

I did not receive any explanation of any changes to the agreement made at 8:28am upon arrival at the Dealership.

I was then walked over to the Cashier by [redacted]. It was not until after we arrived at the Cashier that [redacted] mentioned that he did not install new spark plugs. He mentioned they were cleaned and put back.

My total bill: The same 400.00

This is clearly a failure to honor a repair agreement.

I did not agree to pay 400.00 to have my spark plugs cleaned. I paid 400.00 to have my spark plugs changed, along with the services mentioned.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the cost to replace Spark Plugs at McKenna Huntington Beach for my particular vehicle.

I did not receive services repairs paid for.
