Horrible return policy! Purchased a ceiling fan remote and it went bad after owning it for 10 months. Tried to exchange it but they wouldn't saying there was only a 60 warranty.

purchased would work as a replacement. However, a full refund wouldn't have been an issue if wall mount was returned. Our guy was honest about not receiving the wall-mount that should have been returned along with the remote and according to our policy he not supposed to refund you until all items (parts/pieces) are returned. However, I have went ahead and issued a full refund for your order. I hope this satisfies you. Thanks again for your business and help. Andy
