Response to the consumers complaint: At McGuire Debt Solutions we act as the Debtors Advocate and work in our clients best interest to determine a repayment solution that best meets our clients needsWe are not Trustees, consumer proposals are not filed with McGuire Debt SolutionsWe offer a
fee for consulting servicesAll of our clients are provided with a copy of our agreement for service and a statement of account for these servicesOur clients authorize the payment of these consulting services with a PAD agreement which outlines the details of the amount and date that the clients choose to payThis person has received all documentation with her signature and initials of her understanding of the services we provide and authorization to have a PAD agreement set upWe do NOT DO anything without a client signatureInterm statements are provide to our clients or upon request at any time.This person had contacted her Credit Counsellor and our accounting department to discuss and provide clarity on her accountThis amount covers She was not satisfied with the clarity that was provided and requested to meet with management and her credit counsellorA meeting was created to accommodate her schedule to meet in personWe had reviewed her signed documents with her *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** She still was not satisfied with the clarity provided and has contacted the Revdex.com to file a complaintWe feel we have done everything that we could for this person including giving her peace of mind from the threats that her creditors were giving her

I am rejecting this response because: McGuire Financial has continued to be evasive and not give straight answers regarding my situation. [redacted] Why would I be seeking this platform if they completely answered my questions? [redacted] [redacted] If you gave me all the required documents, why then am I here? [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] I need to know where they are accounting for just a portion of what they are taking from me. [redacted] [redacted] I know how much I owe creditors. I was given a figure and an end date date for the payments. I believe I  have paid them morethan enough for their service as per their invoice. If I am wrong then give me the documentation to prove I am wrong and they won't produce it. [redacted] [redacted]
