Afterwards, there were some people behind the scenes trying to get the builder to do the right thing and fix the mess they created, even if it meant for them to totally re-do the drywall and ceilings. The builder refused. My realtor told me the builder was afraid that I would call them constantly to come in to fix things with the 1 year warranty they offered. Their warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on if they don't have skilled workers to build their houses or have management who care enough to make sure their workers are doing the job right. Funny thing is, the builder never would have heard from me again if they would have built it right the first time. Don't trust this builder.

They built my house poorly and not as we discussed per contract When I complained they found alternatives that did not meet my original requests
I am a Vietnam Vet and a Senior Citizen and I was taken advantage of by McGuinn Homes On 9/2/2016, I met with the owner of McGuinn Homes Wade McGuinn and Steve Beasley to discuss the issues that I have been having with their build job We discussed the major deficiencies and workmanship and looked for a compromise to suit my requests for those deficiencies and shortcomings At the meeting I gave them my personal inspectors list upon their request so that they could attend to the issues at hand I was satisfied with the promises they made to repair the issues at the time of meeting At our meeting they proposed to me that they could possibly add another closet upstairs to make up for the extreme lack of closet space in the master bedroom because of the stairs going through the top of the closet thus cutting the master closet space in h
