Wow! q7 radio stopped working. I brought SUV in and was given a quote of 10,000$ to repair/replace modules.
I asked for just the radio to be replaced and was charged 3300$. The " new"radio stopped working the next day after I picked it up. Same problem as before. Called Mcgrath and was told that the repair is a rule out situation. I would have to replace each module to determine the cause... That's it, not bring your car back or refund. I lost 3700$. F
navigation and my sun roof had to be replaced. My car was there for 3 weeks, before I received a quote of total cost would be 10,000$. I decided that I would replace the radio . I was charged 3300$.
The radio stopped working after 1 day.
After 2 weeks of calling the service department supervisor, I received a call bacRecently my Q7 radio stopped working. I brought it to McGrath Audi and was told that
all the Modules were not working. That the radio, amplifier and k. I was told there was no guarantee that replacing the radio would solve the problem. But I could buy another Audi! I am very disappointed and feel as if my money was stolen from me.
