Review: My daughter was signed up for a Dance class in August 2014. We received 2 emails from the owner and my daughter was not registered for the class on either email. Thinking that she did not make it into the class, we signed her up for another activity at that time. On July 31, we received an email from the owner telling us that she will refund the tuition for the class as it was her mistake that she was not registered. "Hi [redacted], Your husband just called and asked for his tuition money returned due to [redacted] enrollment confusion. Again, I apologize for the delay in my response but I have been on travel for 3 weeks during the month of July. I have no problem refunding the summer tuition money but I will have to ask you for proof that your check was cashed in order for me to process a return. Thanks so much and I am very sad that Julianne cannot participate in classes with us this August."We sent the cancelled check the next day and as of September 3, we have not received any further notification from the owner about the refund and, when I called, she said that she would send the refund "soon". When I pressed her about what "soon" means (could you provide a date), she hung up and is not taking calls from me.Desired Settlement: refund of $219 tuition fee
