Mcgovern Mechanical

Mcgovern Mechanical was assign to a service call on my A/C unit by my home warranty service company. After receiving an email and voice confirmation that they would arrive between 1 and 5pm we never heard another word. At 5 pm I contacted their office and they could not reach the field technician for an update. The following morning I reached out to their office and was assured I would here back shortly. At 6:02 pm I gave up on them.

I reached out to my home warranty provided who assigned it to another contractor.

Here's the problem! Mcgovern kept my $ 75.00 service call fee and never told the warranty service that they abandoned the call.

Paul came to my home after another company (a+ rated) told me I needed a entire new furnace. He evaluated the furnace and saw a simple switch causing the issue. For a very fair price, I was up and running! I will call them every year as I know I have an older unit. VERY nice and honest people!
