The worst experience.
My vehicle purchase was made more than a year ago so Revdex.com will not help with my problem. This is the next best thing. Purchased my *** from McGovern (Lance at the time) nearly three years ago. Electrical problems started about 4 months after purchase. Dealership continuously looked at the vehicle and said they would fix it or was fixed. It’s continued to be a problem since then. About 6 to 8 months ago the technicians at McGovern disconnected some of my electrical components and indicated that was the problem and they ordered a part. But I’m the meantime the disconnect of GPS, touchscreen, radio, Bluetooth would fix the problem. The problem continued. I have been waiting for this elusive part since fall/winter 2019. Not only can McGovern not fix their own vehicle, but the woman in the service department is very rude (the techs, although not able to fix the problem, are at least able to speak to customers with some kindness, patience and understanding of customer needs). This woman is now blaming the Coronavirus for not being able to accommodate a service appointment. She says they are too busy to squeeze me in (had to cancel a previous appointment due to illness). I am a customer who has been paying for a car for literally years that has been parked I a driveway. This dealership informed me that they were unable to provide ANY transportation for me even for a single day. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a vehicle purchase/maintenance.
