I did complete and send the reports to the real estate agent and home buyer on 8/27/ I received a call from [redacted] about a month later saying I never sent the termite report This was not true, but I proceeded to send her termite proof to [redacted] *** the first attempt did not work I sent a screen shot just incase, then finally got the report to send later I am not even sure why [redacted] was the one contacting me about the reports because she was not the client I did what I could to keep everyone happy I did my job and sent the reports If they are unhappy with what they received I am sorry, but I did everything I was supposed to do
