McDowell South RV

I purchased a Puma Destination travel trailer from this company in March of last year. I did not use the camper last year. This year when I am able to use it and park it at my campsite three weeks ago the refrigerator in it does not work. I immediately contacted McDowell South about the issue. I talked to both the Service Manager and Parts manager *** about it. They both promised me that they would fix this issue. This has been going on for all this time and I still don't have a answer on how or when they will fix this. As I stated they promised me they would. Today I talked to the owner of this business *** and he stated that it is not their problem and will not fix it.
