This school is a fraud I am a current student who have been promised a quality of education I have yet to receive. I have been promised the state of the art education this is the only hybrid school in the state which means you have the flexibility to do some studies online however your whole education is an online experience you only do practicals at the school. The school took out Loan on my behalf without sitting down to discuss it with me. I was to have my tuition covered by career source but they refuse to send an itemized list of books and supplies which was requested by that organization to cover my expense. I asked to review my ledger numerous of times and was given the run around. I received a progress report and asked for a copy of it and still haven't received a copy. The school hired me as a work study and turn around and not wanted to pay me on payday. I have asked the owner to refund me my money back to loan provider and financial aid so I can continue my education elsewhere because this so continue to enroll students in a small location with a hand full of instructors who don't care to provide quality education. They told me you learn everything once you're in the real world the clients pay for us to make mistakes in their heads. When you make a mistakes the instructors encourage you to cover it up and act like it doesn't exist hindering your education to learn why it happened. The owner play as if she is clueless to the poor quality or education that her students receive although she receives numerous complaints.
Refund I would like the school to refund the money back to the loan servicer and the financial aid office so I can continue my education elsewhere. This school should not be open and operating fasly advertising education they do not give.

Good afternoon, I would like to withdraw my complaint. I have came to an agreement with the school. Where they agreed to return the funds back to department of education as long as I returned all items received during my time at the school far as Chromebook and extra nail kit. I will give the school a chance to rectify this situation before continuing with the complaint process however if the school neglect to do as agreed, I will move forward with my complaint. Thank you for your time. Hopefully this matter will be resolved soon and you won't hear from me again.
Sincerely, ***.
