charge if she remembered the guest regarding this situation and she did. The manager said she thanked him for letting us know and she did not charge him for the hashbrown due to our error. She then went outside and changed the price immediately. Depending on what restaurant and the layout of the menu boards, we have anywhere from two to six different places to change the prices. It was an honest error that the person changing prices didn't see this particular spot. Both the Restaurant Manager and the Supervisor followed up as well to ensure there were no other mistakes. The Supervisor also contacted the guest that day to ensure he knew we took care of the error. I hope that helps.
