In response to a complaint filed with the Revdex.com on 5/26/2015, we would first appreciate the chance to publicly apologize for the unsatisfactory experience this customer felt that he had. We take customer satisfaction very seriously, as it is the foundation of how well our business succeeds. We explained that the products he ordered had been removed several months prior to this incident and that our newer employees were not aware of past products. We are committed to training our crew to know how to accommodate orders to make the guest happy. In addition to training our crew to uphold our high levels of customer satisfaction, we also talked to this particular guest about his suggestions to improve our service because of his previous McDonald’s management experience. We feel that after having this conversation with the customer, we have resolved his issue and have a good plan in place to prevent future bad customer service experiences.
