McDonald's

Visited a couple weeks ago, advertised price on drive thru menu for kids hamburger meal was $3.00, they said that wasnt the price and said they couldnt change it or honor it, nor would they look at the sign. I settled with paying some change for the second meal, lurches on a gift card. 2/19/20 I came to purchase items off my second gift card and was left with some change under 5 dollars. Asked for the gift card to be cashed out for the change. All associates and managers said they could not do it, called another manger and they also said they could not do it, and that my information I pulled up on Google of Oregon law was a scam. I said I would wait while they figured it out, after working retail for over 10 years, I'm fairly familiar with this law (I worked for Sears for many years). The manager then said he would call the police if I didn't leave, then pulled around to go in, and the line was so long with only one person working the front counter, and kids in the backseat who wanted their food, I wasnt willing to wait while they told me there was nothing they would do except call the police. I am so frustrated and disappointed with such terrible business practices, not to mention half the times we have gone to this location, they have closed their lobby for various reasons, from their ice machine not working, to being extremely understaffed, as well as unrestrained to handle simple pos transactions such as removing an item from am order. I have never had as many problems as I have here, please fix this issue.
