McDonald's

Girl working drive thru only taking orders from one drive thru. Wife goes inside to inquire. Girl calls wife a ***. Unprofessional. Girl and shift manager should be terminated

On May 4, 2018 I ordered and paid for two double hamburgers but when the order was ready both were single hamburgers. I asked the cashier to fix the problem. She did not respond to me. They were taken away and in a few minutes returned correctly. During the entire process no one from McDonalds said anything to me. There were no "I'm Sorry", "We're Sorry", nothing! Very Rude and Disrespectful!!! I would give them 0 stars if I could.

I filled out the survey they offered and did not get a response. I filled out a complaint on McDonald's web site and have not gotten a response.
