To Whom It May Concern: On 10-26-@ 7:27am, I visited a McDonald's in Chesapeake, VA The service from the cashier was exceptional, however that is the only good thing I can say about this visitI ordered hash brown and a steak with only onions ( meat only without bread)I arrive at work and prepare to eat BUT when I see the product (steak) that I was served and expected to eat to say I was upset is an understatementI return to said establishment and asked to speak to a managerThe young man that I encountered was not only lacking concern for my complaint but acted as though I was wasting his timeThe steak was soooooooooooooo dried up and hard, yes I did ask him would he eat itI overheard the young lady fixing orders (which means she should've known not to send it out) say to the manager I told him that it was overdoneTo say that I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN TO THAT STORE IS a sure thingI WILL ALSO LET EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO VISIT THAT ESTABLISHMENT!!!! Oh yeah the manager did ask me ( mind you AFTER I had to waste gas and was late for work having to return for ill services) would I like a DRINK for the inconvenience.....REALLY SIR!!!!! I PLAN to laminate and keep receipt for future reference if ever needed for proof

[redacted] plymouth mcdonalds had no heat and employees I talked to hAve said it's been out for a month and management is not going to fix.it was below freezing out with employees dressed in winter coats

been into service very poor started in drive thru had to go inside to try an get my order taken walked in on workers talking about oral sex so I asked for the corporate number and it went from there the manager short dark skin girl with glass was rude one of the workers crystal started being very rude light skin guys in the back talking bout they going to beat my [redacted] ms crystal goes and get her taser the girl from the back drive thru comes running to the front the order guy with glasses comes from the back like he wanted to fight I manager couldn't get control of the workers I have never been into a place like this the light skin young man worker with the pony tail calling me all types of gay gestures I asked the manager to call the police she refused I will never visit this place again and I will fill a complaint with the Revdex.com I'm in shock at the way I was treated and this all took place in front of my 6yr old nephew

I have been a customer of the Mc Donald's restaurant in [redacted] , Ohio for my entire life(and I am now 60) My brother worked at this restaurant when it originally opened, I worked there for years I allow myself a treat once a month of the steak bagel meal, but as of today, I will not be going backI request my sandwich with no egg, and just a LITTLE extra sauce and every time I have to either bring it back or spend five minutes at home cleaning all the extra sauce off I am just looking for a teaspoon of extra sauce The last time I ordered I scraped almost two tablespoons of extra sauce off this sandwich This means that it has been completely slathered in a ridiculous amount of extra sauce When a person says just a little, maybe a teaspoon, why do your employees feel it necessary to make the sandwich unedible? They put so much extra sauce that it is oozed out all over the wrapper, all over the bagel's outside, the meat slides all over the place when you eat it If I don't order extra sauce I get what I got this morning.....less than a teaspoon of sauce on the sandwich and it is only on half of the bun Without the sauce, the sandwich is very dry and very difficult to eatThis morning I tried another route I asked for a teaspoon of sauce in a little container of some sort Of course, they will not charge me if I ask for extra sauce at the speaker, but then the sandwich is slathered If I wait till I get to the window, it's cents because of the cup If I come inside(the convenience of going through the drive thru is taken away, which is always fun in the winter time, or rain, or high winds), and ask for a little extra sauce, no problem But this morning I got frustrated when I had to ask for a carrier for three drink items(no brainer!) and then asked for a teaspoon of sauce and the girl at the window and the manager both tell me cents I can't give them my sandwich back because it's already been out the window and if I ask for extra sauce we'll be back to square one I will admit, I got angry and drove awayI guess that Mc Donald's has gotten away from respecting the customers wishes of doing it right THE FIRST TIME I believe that the customer is only important in the fact that they give you their hard earned money and once you get it, who cares what happens It is possible, as a HUGE business to respect the customer and do what they ask the first time, correctly, so that they don't feel like they have been sucker punched This restaurant is two blocks away from my home It is convenient, you have a sandwich that I like, that I treat myself to once a month Why is it that they can't do things right? I guess that unlike [redacted] ***, which is just a couple hundred feel from your store, you don't care if we have it our way, because you can't get it done right the first time

We were at store number [redacted] in Southaven Ms The people working there did everything wrong because they were busy playing with each otherWe were in there minutesThey put cheese on the hamburgers, the sundae was melted, the fries were cold and nobody caredThey forgot the sauce for the cold chicken nuggetsWe spent $and most was inedibleI'll never return

My experience at the McDonalds on [redacted] Smyrna, GA next to the [redacted] gas station on Monday, December 26th, at 5:36pm was the most horrible and devastating experiencei had my niece 7yrs old and grandson 8yrs old in the car with me at the drive thruThere was a [redacted] american male who appeared to be recently released from prison that shoved a large order of fries in my face at the drive through window and said sarcastically bye and slammed the sliding door in my faceBecause he forgot an order of fries and you and your co-workers were playing at the windowThey were rude and disrespectfulI was AFRAID they did something to the fries that was for my niece and from this experience I will NOT BE VISITING A MCDONALDS AGAINI was afraid and embarrassed by their behavior in front of my young family membersIt was difficult to explain why they behaved this way and they were all [redacted] american employeesVery hood and ratchet behaviorI don't know why any affiliates of McDonalds would allow employees of that nature to represent them

I went to McDonald's at [redacted] *n Olathe, KansasThis is not the first time in months that my experience was horrible They serve you food that has been sitting all dayThe orders are never correct and the food is horrible and coldThis McDonald's is going down hill and they behave like they don't care Someone really needs to look into this I took pictures of my food that I received Went to another McDonald's less than miles away and oh my gosh the difference in pictures when you are actually served food that has not been sitting all day and is actually fresh

I went through the drive thru at McDonald's store # on Rockford st (601) January 18th at 10:Pulled to park and eat and my fries where cold and hard my kids burgers had cheese on them that was ice coldI went back through the drive thru and told the girl on the mic that my cheese was not melted on my burgers and was coldShe said pull around and we will fix them I guess and started laughingI pulled up to the second drive thru window and there was her and another guy laughing and talking about meThe guy opened the window and I looked at her and ask her why did she think it was funny cause my cheese is not meltedShe said we don't melt the cheese on burgersI ask the guy was he the manager and he said yesI said well she had no right to laugh at me I don't work here and I don't know y'all's policy and he said yes I was right she should not laughed at meFinally got my burgers replaced after being made fun of

I've been going to Mcdonalds [redacted] ***, Tucson, AZ for many years and the past occasions have been the worst by farI understand placing a large order will have a waiting time however asking me to call it in ahead of time like if it's a five star restaurant is ridiculousI, like everyother customer should be allowed to order and wait the appropriate amount of time for my orderAfter all, it's is a fast food restaurant and if they can't do hot and spicy's then I don't know what it is they do all day, if it isnt flipping pattiesMcDonald's promises fast food however it seems like this location doesn't know how to keep their promises

I just called our local store in [redacted] MIStore ***I spoke to Alicia, a manager to explain that my mom of and daughter of years old BOTH got violently ill last night after eating at this locationI chose Not to eat, thank goodness, but they both ordered mealsA Big Mac and a Quarter Pounder with cheese, large fries and drinksWithin hours both started vomiting/nausea, all night longMy daughter missing first day back to school, and me work to watch over both of themI am worried especially about dehydration with my momI don't feel Alicia really was all that concernedI then called corporate offices and spoke to a Rebecca who appeared much more willing to help meI am hoping to hear back from someone on this so I know if this was an isolated incident or widespread, etc

Mcdonalds store *** had a drive through associate that not only didn't know how to work her head piece to shut it off while serving customers at the window but ignored your order requiring you to repeat yourselfWe heard her greet her customers at the window however did not greet us when we pulled up nor did she tell us to have a good day or enjoyWe didn't receive our coffeeHad to ask for itThe prices are higher than other mcdonaldsWhen we went in to complain to the manager she was very unprofessional and lost

The employee made multiple errors on our orderAfter attempting to have the errors fixed, I realized that on the receipt it stated there was the wrong number of happy mealsWhile this was all happening the staff seemed pretty irritatedUnderstandably so however, I did not make the errorsI was simply trying to have the errors correctedBy this time the general manager came out, gave me a refund, and asked me to never come to McDonalds again

This(valrico location) is without a doubt the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been tooMultiple times I have received inadequate customer service, they can't get an order right, & when you ask them to fix it an inappropriate amount of attitude is given withI remorse at all for the customerI am constantly seeing family of employee hang around the business, going behind the counter & those people using it to have different people come & goIt's very unprofessional & trashyMy last experience there I complained about watching my food sit on a counter for plus minutes while she texted & then was cussed at, threatened, & physically approached outside the businessThis whole crew needs to be fired & I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't sanitary by the display of incompetenceI filed an online complaint asking to be contacted, heard nothingThen I called asking to speak to a manager & was told I'd be called back, nothingI don't what requirements this particular McDonald's has for hiring people but if this is their quality of service, I have no intention of ever eating at this "restaurant" againNeither do my family & friends

I got burned from a hot cup of coffee at the McDonald's Supermall (Auburn, WA) location on Tuesday, 1/3/ I filed a complaint online, called the Assistant Manager and then received a phone call from a McDonald's rep He took my complaint and said their coffee is between 180-degrees and that's totally acceptableI cannot believe that coffee served such an extreme temperature is acceptableMy legs are still red from the burn and it hurt all day long It doesn't sound like they're going to change their coffee temperature, put a sleeve on their coffee cups or even offer to put some ice in coffee before serving it Wow, unbelievable!

I was at a McDonalds in Orange Ct and the manager there was extremely rude and did NOT want to give me the piece chicken nuggets that I had already paid for, then when I called the establishment she was completely vulgar, I have no idea how someone so rude and disgusting is a Manager at any establishment
