Vehicle came in on tow truck. The wheel was off we admitted that wheel must have been left loose, I replaced the wheel, tire, lug nuts, stud, on bearing checked rest of front end to make sure it was tight which it was. I also payed the tow bill and took care off everything that needed done. Customer...

had vehicle towed in on 6/9/15 and had vehicle back on 6/10/15. All fixed. When she came in to pick it up I apologized once again and she said she was gonna  bad mouth me to everyone and she mad a big scene in front of other customers.
