I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11910926, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 
The refund of the entire amount is above and beyond my expectation and I am very pleased with the outcome.I understand the the amount is in the mail and I will watch for arrival of the letter.
