This company is still doing work - and treating customers despicably!
We witnessed workers with a sledge hammer pounding our picket fence, and spoke with Kevin regarding the concerns for the fence. He assured us that it would all be fine and put back with NO DAMAGE. Then they harassed and bullied the babysitter (an elderly grandmother) in the presence of a 9 month old!! He was extremely threatening and insisted that she must pay him. She was afraid to even leave the house to check the job they did.
We returned home from work after dark and only discovered the damage the next day. Of course by then Kevin had cashed the check and has refused to call back regarding the damage.
Its bad enough the way we were treated but they also took the wood we had asked them to save for firewood.
HORRIBLE people to do business with!

Review: Our next door neighbor had a tree removed from the front yard, McCray's knocked on our door and asked if we would like some free mulch, that our neighbors were also getting some from the tree. We said they could leave a little. They proceeded to leave all of the mulch from a huge tree at the back of our driveway, not viewable from street and told our neighbor they did work for that they didn't have any mulch for her. We called several times because the mound was 5 feet plus tall and about 15 feet in diameter (it was all of the mulch from the neighbors tree with branches included). We didn't receive a response. Then we left a message saying we were interested in their services, we revived a response within hours, we explained the situation to the man who called back and he said someone would be out the next day. They never came and never responded to any other phone calls. We have looked into having a company remove it but it will be several hundred dollars to have it removed and dumped. So we have been bagging it weekly for the yard waste pick up and have barely put a dent in the pile.Desired Settlement: We would like them to compensate us for the cost of having someone else remove the mulch.
