Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The company owner response is not correct I spoke to other workers from his company before told that they would have [redacted] call me back [redacted] did not apologize, but did say they could can come back and fix the problem I stated "No the job was done so badly how can I trust your work." and "I want my money back ." That is when he hung up on me without saying good-bye have a nice day And he left it at that no follow up nothing The job was done very poorly and with gas leaks I have the paperwork from the gas company if you would like a copy I had every right to be angry and request my money back Who knows what could of happened I am requesting a refund of at least 50% of what I paid Regards, Jackie [redacted]
