McCormick & Schmick's Restaurant Corp.

The amount of the receipt doesn't match the amount hat was taken. Waitress change the amount to receive a larger tip.On December 28,2015 I went Mccormick and Schmicks in Raleigh North Carolina for lunch. The total was $34.86 and left a $4 dollar tip, however when I checked my statement I saw a charge of $45.86.($7 dollar different)I immediately contacted the restaurant by phone and email. After multiple attempts I spoke to a manager. He took my name, number and all my information and did his investigation. After a day or so I was contacted and was told I was correct, however he had no explanation why the waitress changed my receipt. At this point I was displeased because I come to this establishment A few times a month with my co-worker and in most cases we use our credit cards. This incident questions the business professionalism & how many other customer has she done this to? (This is fraud and a criminal offense) I told him that I wanted my money that was stolen and the $4 dollar tip that was given.Desired SettlementMy resolution is to have the money that was taken returned, the tip that was given and Plus a gift card for dinner.However I would like it sent to my address because I 'am scared of retaliation.
