Hired them to represent me in a workers compensation complaint against my former employer Hired McCoppin & Associates to represent me in a workers compensation case against my former employer back in 2013 since that time I have relocated to California & whenever I call to get an update on my case, I'm always that Ms. [redacted] is either on the phone or out of the office. I always leave a message or I am told she will call me back when she becomes available, I have called three to five times a week & never receive a return call. I have not heard anything from them this year about the case, so last week once again I called everyday & could not reach her by phone and my calls were never returned until the last time, when I mentioned that I will be contacting the B.B.B. she then suddenly immediately became available & assured me that Mr. McCoppin would be contacting me no later than Wednesday June 10th 2015, and once again nothing Desired SettlementI would like to receive a monthly update of the case by mail
