McClaren's Carpet Cleaning

Review: McClaren's Carpet Cleaning cleaned our carpets on August 5, 2014. Three days after the cleaning, several areas of our carpet were still extremely wet and began to have a musty odor. I first called [redacted] owner of McClaren's Carpet, on Friday, August 8. After leaving a second message, he returned my call Saturday, August 9. I explained that two areas in particular were STILL extremely wet and that the water had gone through to the pad. I also explained that the odor was unbearable and I had great concern about mold developing. I asked him to come back and examine the damage. He indicated that it was a quick fix and he could deodorize the smell. I told him that deodorizers would only mask the odor and that we needed to examine the damaged areas to determine a solution. He said he would call back to schedule a time and as of August 12 he has not called or returned my 2 additional phone messages.Desired Settlement: I would like McClaren's Carpet Cleaning to return my phone calls so that we can discuss a solution to this ongoing problem. I also would like McClaren's Carpet Cleaning to pay for any damage that has been done and cover the cost of possible restoration and/or replacement.
